PLEASE, do not again respond to such office etc from this day on, as they are using the name of Nigerian authorities to defraud our genuine contractors/ next of kin etc.
Henceforth, we have taken charge and proper care of your payment in order to free our great Nation Nigeria, from the list of fraudulent countries. As we have been able to sign off and raised part payment of US$5 000 000 (Five Million United States Dollars), in your favour, which will be directly paid into your account as soon as you sign off part payment classified documents to this Government. This will stands as authenticated bond agreement between us showing that you have received US$5M Part Payment. The documents Hard copies, are ready and will be dispatch to you for endorsement and return back to us for record purposes.
