Director United Nation Legal Affairs, Security and Investigation, the President
of the Federal Republic of Nigeria (Chief YAR`ADUA) and his Decision Making

development because we are about effecting payment to the account stated bellow
today.

fund to be transfer to the Beneficiary: CERSTIN WENGER SHENOUDA BANK ACCOUNT IN
GERMANY.
