Dear Sir/Madam,

NOTICE OF COMPENSATION TO THE NIGERIAN SCAM VICTIMS

In view of the Federal Government drive to re-brand the image of the country, the Federal Executive Council through the Bureau for Compensation and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs has instituted a scheme to identify, screen and compensate victims of the Nigerian Scam.

After several meetings involving intense negotiation between the Federal Executive Council, The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Heads of Foreign Missions resident in Nigeria and The National Security Commission. It was agreed that the scammed victim will be compensated with the sum of Twenty thousand U.S dollars ($20,000) for loss of money and related damages that He/She may have experienced during the period of association with these Nigerian fraudsters.

The commission has been mandated to ensure that the Twenty Thousand U.S Dollars ($20,000) compensation Money, gets to the scammed victim in line with relevant provisions of the Federal Compensation Regulatory act, 2009. The fund ($20,000) will be transferred to the scammed victim from the Federal Compensation Trust Fund (FCTF) by WEMA BANK PLC after thorough verification.

The scammed victim is required to make available, detailed personal information to the WEMA BANK PLC e-mail address: service_wemabnkplc.ng@w.cn which was created solely for this compensation scheme.

Your prompt response would avail the Nation the opportunity to make amend for the actions of its citizenry and re-position itself for the challenges of the 21st century.

yours faithfully,
Mr. Dauda Hassan,
