It is so massive that you would not believe. Scammers get rich by stealing away money from innocent victims. In my view the scammer is not at fault - but the one who gets spammed is at fault.
Please do remember that this is just a tip of the iceberg. 4-1-9 SCAMs emanate from various part of the world - but are run by experts trained by those 'big' hands. They are so modern that they use cell phone numbers on roaming overseas to lure innocent victims
